Structured Family Caregiving Services

If you need help with daily activities and want to stay in the comfort of your own home, our Structured Family Caregiving (SFC) program may be a great option for you.

• This Medicaid program allows a family member or trusted loved one who helps with your day-to-day care to receive financial support for the time and attention they provide. That means you can continue receiving care from someone you know and trust — while getting professional guidance and oversight from our care team at Family Caregivers at Home.

• The Structured Family Caregiving program can also be combined with Medicaid PA Home Health services to provide even more comprehensive, continuous support at home.  Reach out to us to learn more.
