Structured Family Caregiving Program

 

​If you're caring for a loved one at home, our Structured Family Caregiving (SFC) program gives you a real chance to be supported - financially and operationally - while providing that care.

What this means for you

​

• You'll receive a tax-free stipend for the caregiving you do - helping offset the time and attention you're dedicating.

​

• We believe you deserve to be recognized and fairly compensated for the care you provide every day.  That's why we proudly pay 80% of the Medicaid Structured Family Caregiving daily stipend to you - the caregiver.

  • The care level for your loved one is determined by their case manager on individual needs and support requirements.

    • Level 1 Pay Rate:  $62.03 daily or $434.21 weekly​

    • Level 2 Pay Rate:  $79.77 daily or $558.39 weekly

    • Level 3 Pay Rate:  $106.75 daily or $747.25 weekly

• Your loved one gets to remain at home in a familiar setting - you help keep things comfortable, stable and personal.

​
