Get Paid To Care For Your Loved One-Our Programs
Structured Family Caregiving Program
If you're caring for a loved one at home, our Structured Family Caregiving (SFC) program gives you a real chance to be supported - financially and operationally - while providing that care.

What this means for you
-
You'll receive a tax-free stipend for the caregiving you do - helping offset the time and attention you're dedicating.
-
We believe you deserve to be recognized and fairly compensated for the care you provide every day. That's why we proudly pay 80% of the Medicaid Structured Family Caregiving daily stipend to you - the caregiver.
-
The care level for your loved one is determined by their case manager on individual needs and support requirements.
-
Level 1 Pay Rate: $62.03 daily or $434.21 weekly
-
Level 2 Pay Rate: $79.77 daily or $558.39 weekly
-
Level 3 Pay Rate: $106.75 daily or $747.25 weekly
-
-
-
Your loved one gets to remain at home in a familiar setting - you help keep things comfortable, stable and personal.
-
This program can be combined with our Medicaid PA Home Health Aide program (see below) to ensure your loved one receives comprehensive care and continuous support at home.

Medicaid Attendant Care Services
Our Attendant Care is a Medicaid-funded service that helps individuals with daily living tasks so they can stay safely and comfortably at home. Through this program, trained caregivers - often family members - provide hands-on assistance with mobility, meal preparation, and other daily needs.

What this means for you
-
With Attendant Care, you can receive compensation for the care you're already providing, along with ongoing support from our team. We'll help navigate eligibility, documentation, and service authorizations so you can focus on what matters most - your loved one's comfort and wellbeing.
-
This program works hand in hand with our Medicaid PA Home Health Aide program, giving your loved one extra support and peace of mind at home.

Medicaid Prior Authorization (PA) Home Health Aide Program
If your loved one needs extra help beyond daily caregiving, our Medicaid Prior Authorization (PA) Home Health Aide program provides the additional skilled support they deserve — often from someone who knows them best.

Through this program, a trained Home Health Aide — which can be a qualified family member — assists with personal care, mobility, and other medically necessary tasks outlined in your loved one’s physician-approved care plan. It’s an excellent option when your loved one has complex medical needs but wants to remain at home with trusted, familiar support.

What this means for you
-
This service works hand in hand with Structured Family Caregiving or Attendant Care, creating a seamless care experience that keeps your loved one safe, comfortable, and supported in their own home.
-
At Family Caregivers at Home, we manage all Medicaid authorizations, required documentation, and ongoing coordination, so you can focus on what matters most — caring for your loved one.
