We’re a locally owned and operated company dedicated to supporting Indiana families through the Medicaid Waiver Structured Family Caregiving program.

We’re proud to direct 80% of our structured family caregiving stipend straight to the caregiver. This isn’t just a number—it’s our way of saying thank you for the daily love, patience, and sacrifice that keeps your family whole. By ensuring the caregiver receives the lion’s share, we honor their essential role and reinforce that caring for one another is the heart of family.

  • You are caring for a loved one who needs assistance with activities of daily living

  • Your loved one is approved for Medicaid
